We’re looking for a highly experienced Product Strategy and Operations Manager to join us. As a Product Strategy and Operations Manager, you will provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on product strategy and drive decision-making across cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Establish and implement processes for product release planning, alignment with long-term goals, and tracking product metrics to inform strategy and optimize business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Advise senior leadership on product strategy, including market and competitive analysis, to maximize growth and value
- Influence and drive decision-making with leadership and cross-functional teams, including Product, Analytics, Marketing, Partnerships, etc. to achieve business goals
- Establish and drive product release planning GTM release readiness processes, including standard roadmaps. Drive clarity in planning and visibility of product plans and priorities across the organization
- Drive alignment and product planning processes that map to long-term plans. Establish monthly/quarterly reviews ensuring alignment to strategic objectives and transparency
- Track and analyze product metrics and benchmark against competitors to inform product strategy and drive business outcomes
- Own recommendations on pricing, strategic partnerships that optimize the value of product portfolio and capture market opportunities
- Establish best practices and ways of working for product organization and its interaction with cross-functional teams
- Partner with Product Directors and HR to facilitate training opportunities for PMs
- Create and scale processes to ensure operational excellence
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in product operations, product management, or a closely related operational role working closely with product and engineering teams
- Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences and a proven ability to develop a deep understanding of complex products and their various use cases
- Proficiency in data analysis, extracting meaningful insights, and utilizing them to drive product enhancements
- Ability to empathize with user problems, understanding pain points and needs to shape product decisions effectively
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Problem-focused and solutions-oriented mindset with exceptional attention to detail and a hands-on approach to getting things done
- Proficiency with BI tools (SQL, Looker, Snowflake, Datadog, Excel/Sheets) and excellent presentation skills
