We are seeking an Office Manager who will seamlessly integrate into our team and maintain a warm, respectful, and professional atmosphere, which is an important part of our corporate culture. We are seeking someone who will be a reliable partner for our employees and will actively contribute to the efficient operation of the office.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining a comfortable, clean, and orderly office environment.
- Creating an environment conducive to a positive mood and employee engagement.
- Managing document flow, correspondence, and office supplies.
- Controlling and planning the office budget.
- Organizing and supporting visits by international colleagues.
Requirements
