We are looking for a highly organized, proactive and execution-focused Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team for a maternity cover role. In this position, you will be the gears that keep our regional marketing and product initiatives running smoothly.
This is a dynamic, generalist role perfect for someone with a background from agencies or tech companies who loves a blend of creative marketing, project management and operational coordination.
Responsibilities
- Bulgaria Market Support: Own all product localization for the Bulgarian market, ensuring our messaging is culturally relevant, accurate and engaging.
- Regional Operational Support: Maintain and manage ongoing regional operational tasks, alongside supporting regional product GTM rollouts.
- Project Management: Coordinate cross-functionally with central and regional teams to ensure marketing collateral, assets, and campaigns are delivered on time.
- Administrative & Financial Coordination: Act as the operational backbone for the regional team by supporting administrative workflows, tracking budget elements, and handling regional finance coordination.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience as an Account Manager, Project Manager, Brand Assistant, or Marketing Coordinator.
- Strong project management and coordination skills – you love spreadsheets, timelines and keeping people on track.
- Generalist marketing mindset with exposure to multiple digital channels and a quick adaptability to new features or tech platforms.
- Native or fluent Bulgarian (essential for localizing product copy) and excellent English (written and spoken) for regional and central collaboration.
