Responsibilities
The day to day work will include leading negotiations and reviewing a broad range of commercial agreements of the company, with a focus on sales and ad-tech related agreements. It is a great opportunity for those who wish to keep the challenges and interest that come with the variety and complexity of legal matters, while changing the workplace atmosphere to that of a tech company, and seeing how their work turns into actual business value.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience working in a legal department of a tech company / hi- tech or international commercial department of a top-tier law firm.
- English – native speaker or mother tongue level.
- Excellent negotiation, drafting, analysis and communication skills.
- Business-oriented, quick to understand and analyze new business and technology.
- Experience in attending to data privacy matters.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish good relationships across the organization.
- Ability to work independently with a high work ethic.
- Ability to perform under stressful conditions.
