We’re looking for an experienced and highly motivated Scrum Master Team Lead to join our team, lead a group of skilled Scrum Masters, and serve as the Scrum Master for one of our Agile teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Scrum Masters to ensure consistent Agile practices across teams.
- Drive continuous improvement of Scrum Master capabilities through coaching, feedback, and training.
- Ensure consistency and excellence in Agile execution across multiple teams.
- Identify systemic challenges and collaborate with stakeholders to improve workflows and delivery pipelines.
- Serve as the dedicated Scrum Master for an Agile squad.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a team leader; leading Scrum Masters or Agile roles.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Proven ability to lead change and influence without direct authority
- Extensive experience working in agile teams and a deep understanding of agile principles, practices and values
- Strong knowledge of software development processes and procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Proficiency in project management and Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Advanced Roadmaps, Product Discovery tools).
- Familiarity with team productivity metrics (e.g., velocity, lead time, cycle time, scope creep, done rate, Gantt charts) and the ability to use data to optimize team performance.
- Experience with Agile scaling frameworks or methodologies (e.g., SAFe, LeSS) is a plus.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
