Retention Marketing Manager
Description
Viber is looking for a sharp analytical mind and a marketing/ product lifecycle talent to join our marketing team. The Retention Marketing Manager will manage automated marketing campaigns and communication with Viber users in order to maximize user retention engagement with various features, and towards achieving our company KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Initiate, design and launch large scale marketing campaigns (multiple formats and channels) to hundreds of millions of Viber users
- Establish targeting strategies based on customer life-cycle segmentation & predictive analytics
- Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance while also establishing benchmarks and recommending future tests
- Proof and QA campaigns to ensure 100% error-free execution
- Conduct frequent analysis of competitor programs looking for insights around targeting, promotional offers, and cadence/delivery timing
- Communicate campaign performance to stakeholders and build a clear roadmap for the future
- Perform data research and analysis to uncover insights that support our marketing strategy
- Work closely and coordinate with all departments within the organization worldwide, including international regional teams
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in retention management/ product lifecycle of global B2C mobile app users, including the use of push notifications, emails and in-app formats
- Proven track record of creating, implementing and optimizing complex trigger-based user journeys to meet business goals
- Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, Business Development, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Psychology, Statistics or related analytical fields)
- Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills
- Extremely analytical with excellent Excel skills
- Ability to effectively resolve problems and/or roadblocks independently as they occur, knowing to escalate when necessary
- Positive attitude and ability to operate in a very rapidly changing environments with ambiguity
- Outstanding verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
- Knowledge and experience with Braze – HUGE advantage
- HTML/SQL knowledge – Advantage
