Project Manager (Marketing & Product Operations)

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives, ensure end-to-end delivery, and align multi-disciplinary stake-holders across multiple sites.
Responsibilities
- Project delivery: Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-team, multi-disciplinary projects and ensure high-quality execution
- Global synchronization: Act as the central point of contact for all Viber Dating activities (marketing, product, data). Ensure all teams are aligned and that updates and deadlines are systematically communicated
- Overarching roadmap management: Build and maintain a master Gantt chart that provides 360-degree visibility into product tests, feature releases and online/offline marketing activities
- Marketing localization & asset pipeline: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing assets. This includes coordinating between copywriters and designers, securing local team approvals, managing external localization agencies, and final QA
- Requirement management: Ensure that development requests from marketing and other stakeholders are clearly documented and communicated to Product Managers and Data teams.
- Operational governance: Lead cross-functional meetings, distribute concise summaries, and hold stakeholders accountable to deadlines
- Release Management: Coordinate the release management process with Product Managers and R&D, ensuring it is synced with marketing and analysts readiness
- Dependency management: Proactively identify and resolve major blockers, bottlenecks, and external dependencies, including high-impact delivery risks
Requirements
- At least 2 years proven experience in project management within a marketing environment, preferably in a global B2C tech company
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence without direct authority
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Monday.com)
- Strong analytical mindset and experience working with delivery metrics and KPIs
- Experienced with managing localization processes
- Independent, proactive, and self-motivated, with a high level of ownership
- Fluent written and spoken Hebrew & English
