We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives, ensure end-to-end delivery, and mentor Scrum Masters across multiple Agile teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-team, multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Create and manage quarterly plans, including timelines, milestones, and deadlines.
  • Ensure consistency and excellence in Agile execution across multiple teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement of Scrum Master capabilities through coaching, feedback, and training.
  • Manage crisis, identify and resolve major blockers & external dependencies.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions

Requirements

  • At least 4  years of experience as a Project Manager leading and delivering complex, cross-functional, multi-team projects.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading or mentoring other Scrum Masters.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles, practices, and values, with hands-on experience working with Agile teams.
  • Solid understanding of software development processes, with the ability to understand technical challenges and bottlenecks.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Proficiency with Agile and project management tools (e.g. Jira, Advanced Roadmaps, Product Discovery tools).
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience working with delivery metrics and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.

  • Experience with Agile scaling frameworks (e.g. SAFe, LeSS).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. PMP, CSM, SAFe Scrum Master).
