We’re looking for a bright and ambitious Product Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll play a crucial part in adapting and executing global product marketing initiatives, ensuring they resonate powerfully with diverse local audiences across our key markets.
You’ll gain invaluable experience across Campaign management, content creation, CRM and Project coordination, directly contributing to our growth and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
As a Product Marketing Specialist, you’ll be instrumental in bringing Viber’s product stories to life in various markets. Your main focus will be the B2C Monetisation and Subscriptions products like Viber Plus, Viber Out and CalledID. Your day-to-day will involve:
Project Management & Stakeholder Coordination:
- Develop clear, comprehensive briefs for our creative and retention teams, ensuring all necessary information is provided for successful execution.
- Liaise effectively with internal teams (e.g., Product, Creative, CRM, Local Marketing) to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of all initiatives.
- Partner with local teams to adapt global product campaigns, tailoring them precisely to regional specifics and market nuances for maximum impact.
Content Creation & Coordination:
- Ensure consistent campaign messaging across different regions and channels, maintaining Viber’s brand voice and product accuracy.
- Work closely with our internal design team to plan, brief, and coordinate the creation of compelling marketing assets for various campaigns (e.g., in-app, push notifications, email).
CRM Management & Optimization:
- Help structure and define segments for impactful lifecycle campaigns, contributing to our user retention and engagement goals.
- Collaborate on analyzing and optimizing customer journeys for retention and upsell, monitoring the execution by our dedicated CRM team.
- Ensure all messaging is meticulously localized and culturally relevant to enhance customer experiences in each market.
- Monitor campaign performance across different regions, providing support and insights to local teams for ongoing optimization and improvement.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Assist in analyzing campaign performance data, identifying trends, and proposing tactical adjustments to optimize campaign effectiveness on a monthly basis.
- Contribute to regular reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, churn, and conversion metrics, providing actionable insights.
Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with an ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging content.
- A keen eye for attention to detail – you pride yourself on accuracy, thoroughness, and pixel-perfect execution.
- Analytical skills, with a comfort level in working with data, identifying trends, and drawing basic conclusions.
- An understanding of A/B testing principles and basic segmentation strategies.
- Familiarity with or interest in utilizing AI tools** for marketing tasks (e.g., content generation, data analysis, research, process automation).
