We’re looking for a strategic, creative, execution-focused and data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to be the ‘Face of Viber’ in Greece, one of our top markets. In this role, you will own the local brand perception and adoption of our B2C portfolio (including our Dating product), blending real world partnerships, creative marketing and growth hacking. You’ll be responsible for ‘unlocking’ the Greek market through cultural relevance and scalable initiatives that deliver impact.
Responsibilities
- Annual awareness & activation planning: Create and execute a calendar of offline activities for the Greek market. This includes ‘evergreen’ presence (ongoing visibility in partner locations) and ‘event-based’ activations
- Partnership development & management: Proactively identify and secure strategic partnerships with local businesses and influencers to promote our diverse product suite
- End-to-end execution: Own the entire lifecycle of local campaigns – strategy, ideation, internal pitching, partner scouting, contract negotiation, on-site management and final performance reporting
- Creative localization & cultural adjustments: Review and provide critical feedback on all creative assets used for marketing in Greece. Ensuring the look & feel, tone of language and core messaging align perfectly with Greek cultural nuances and trends
- Market insight: Act as the primary source of local context for global teams, identifying unique Greek market opportunities and ‘unlocking’ new avenues for product growth
- PR support: Ideate and advise on PR-worthy campaigns, stunts, or viral ideas to grow top-of-the-funnel
Requirements
- Fluent Greek & excellent English
- Full-stack marketing experience & attitude: Proven ability to see the ‘big picture’ (identifying market needs and gaps), translate it into a creative strategy, pitch it to stakeholders, and execute it on the ground
- 5 years of experience in field marketing, ideally of a B2C business
- Established local network: You already have an existing portfolio of connections with local partners, agencies and creators that you can utilize to unlock the market and secure high impact deals
- Deep cultural context: ‘plugged in’ to the Greek lifestyle, trends and business scene, understanding different target demographics needs & nuances
