As a Machine Learning Engineer, your role will be instrumental in democratizing machine learning models across Viber, harnessing our extensive data to drive informed decision-making. You will collaborate closely with data scientists and engineering teams, providing them with user-friendly frameworks for machine learning model execution and empowering every team at Viber to easily leverage large language models (LLMs) in their daily workflows.

Responsibilities

• Enhance and extend our machine learning framework to incorporate features like LLM observability, Feature Store, and SageMaker serving.
• Provide technical guidance and support to enable data scientists to effectively utilize the framework. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop advanced machine learning based recommendation systems.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in developing and deploying production-level machine learning based services.
• Proficiency in ML & LLM frameworks such as MLFlow, LangChain, and AWS Bedrock.
• Advanced programming skills in Python.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms, particularly AWS.

Advantages
