Junior Strategic Communications & Operations Specialist

Responsibilities
Strategic Communications:
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans, including company all-hands meetings, leadership forums, and board meetings
- Craft compelling narratives and presentations to effectively convey strategic messages and updates
- Support the CEO’s office in preparing and delivering key communications across the company
Cross-Company Initiatives:
- Lead project management of cross-functional initiatives, while collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment and effective execution of strategic projects
Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct research and analysis to support strategic discussions and evaluations
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership
Requirements
- 1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in consulting, internal communications, or a related field
- Superb presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
