Creative Brand & Motion Designer
Description
As a Creative Brand & Motion Designer, you’ll join our global creative marketing team, crafting high‑impact videos and motion assets for user acquisition, branding, social media, and more. You’ll collaborate with teams across regions and see your work resonate with millions of users worldwide.
From concept and storyboarding to final production, you’ll be using your proven expertise with cutting‑edge AI tools and leading design platforms to deliver innovative, on‑brand visuals that shape a product experienced by a massive international audience every day.

Responsibilities
Brand Expertise
- Maintain design consistency across all channels
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to reflect brand identity and tone in every asset
- Elevate our brand’s look & feel through static and motion systems and dynamic storytelling
Design & Motion
- Conceptualize, design, and animate brand collateral for CRM, acquisition, and product launches—ads, banners, explainer videos, UI motion, social campaigns, and more
- Transform static assets into dynamic, high‑impact motion deliverables
- Bring fresh creative ideas to campaigns throughout the year
Generative AI Expertise
- Already proficient with top AI tools such as Runway, VEO‑3, Weavy, Midjourney, ChatGPT or others—using them to ideate, script, prototype, and produce
- Seamlessly integrate AI workflows into daily production to accelerate output and inspire new visuals
- Stay curious and experiment with emerging tools to keep our creative edge
Production & Workflow
- Deliver assets efficiently while upholding brand standards and creative excellence
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- Create and refine reusable motion and design systems to enable faster future production
- Clearly communicate ideas, progress, and deliverables to stakeholders for smooth workflows and timely results
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in branding/advertising agencies or in‑house creative teams at tech companies
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication (or equivalent) from a leading design institution
- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of branding, design, and motion projects, including work that demonstrates integration of AI‑driven processes
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
