Marketing Manager
Description
Rakuten Viber is looking for a Marketing Manager to directly support the strategic development and tactical execution of Rakuten Viber’s growth in the CIS region.
We’re looking for a smart, pro-active and agile marketer who can work with a truly global team. You will work with the regional Marketing with the ultimate goal of increasing Rakuten Viber’s MAU, DAU/MAU and NU, Userbase.
Versatility is key, the ideal candidate should have business development orientation, analytical thinking, deep understanding of digital marketing and communication instruments and pro-active position.
Full time job. We’re working in hybrid mode, from home and the office.
Responsibilities
- Participate in strategic marketing planning, understanding current trends in app marketing
- Plan retention campaigns with focus on engagement and churn prevention (in-house)
- Plan and execute local content development (content for local channels and chat-bots, landing pages for new and updated features, articles for local company blog)
- Plan and execute paid media campaigns with focus on user base growth (with agencies or inhouse)
- Execute marketing research, customer insights analytics
- Track trends on local markets and offer ideas to quickly respond to current events taking into account the objectives of the marketing strategy
- Interaction with other departments: Business Development team, Retention team, Creative team, Product Dev team, Analytics team
- Track efficiency of all the Marketing and Communication activities
- Participation in projects with focus on product quality improvements.
Requirements
- +5 years working experience in marketing departments of international companies (IT segment as a preference)
- Fluent level of English (experience using English at work)
- Strong understanding of main marketing KPI’s and instruments to influence them
- Knowledge of marketing tools for user acquisition, growth, engagement and retention
- Knowledge of analytical tools: GoogleAnalytics, Adjust, Data.ai, AppsFlyer, Tableau
- Knowledge marketing research approach and tools
- Media planning and media KPIs knowledge
- Knowledge of Rakuten Viber competitors and main messaging apps features
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Positive attitude to life and people.
