Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver high scale projects
- Create new, awesome features for millions of users
- Design and write efficient, maintainable code supporting billions of operations per second
Requirements
- 8 years of experience with server-side design and development
- Depth knowledge of Java including functional and asynchronous programming (such as RxJava, Vertx, Netty)
- Proven experience in designing high scale systems working with cloud services and NoSQL databases (such as AWS, Couchbase)
- Strong test-driven, continuous integration mentality
- Linux and server-side experience – Must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bsc. in Computer Science or equivalent
Advantages
- Background in an additional programming language (such as NodeJS, Python, Scala, etc.)
- Strong DevOps skills
