As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and maintaining a pipeline of strong candidates for various roles in our amazing company.
• Operating different sourcing channels, such as company career site, placement companies, employee referral programs
• Work closely with hiring managers to ensure a fast and efficient recruiting process.
• Research new sources for candidate recruiting
• Create pipeline of passive candidates using social media network
• Conduct phone interviews
• Serve as a point of contact and build strong relationships with candidates during the hiring process
• At least 2 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter in hi-tech/placement agencies – must
• Experienced in sourcing via social media – must
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a relevant related discipline
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
• Experience with various hiring processes (interviewing, defining job descriptions, reference checks, etc)
• High energy, highly motivated, and self-driven in fast-paced, dynamic environment
• People person and team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
