You will join the Viber B2B support team providing technical support to our most valuable partners.
Your primary responsibility will be supporting Viber’s partners with implementation and usage of our bots and business messages APIs.
In addition, you will be part of the team that develops and maintains the support team’s internal tools and CRM integration processes.
• Understanding of MySQL or other relational DB
• Competent at self-managing and working towards deadlines
• Experience with customer facing roles
• Can be suitable for computer science students in their last year of university, with availability for at least 4 days a week
