Organic Growth Manager

We are looking for people to lead the organic acquisition efforts and growth. The Organic Growth Manager will have complete ownership of ideation, execution, analysis and optimization our app stores (Play store, Apple’s App store, others).
• End to end responsibility for the Organic Acquisition Channel for Viber apps.
• Improve app rankings in search results in all app stores
• Conceptualize, build and roll out A/B tests for optimizing conversion rates for app downloads
• Monitor, track, and report performances per market
• Track competitor performance per country and conduct analysis for finding hidden potential
• Plan and implement the localization of app store assets (metadata, descriptions, titles, graphics, and screenshots) for all our markets with the help of our localization team
• Work with Viber’s Product and Design teams our company to ensure successful version rollouts.
• At least 3 years of proven experience as an Organic Growth Manager /App Store Optimization (ASO) Manager
• A highly collaborative approach, combined with a strong analytical mind and a positive attitude towards problem-solving
• Knowledge of and hands-on experience with iTunes Connect and Google Play Console
• Experience in one of the main analytical tools in the field (i.e. Apptweak, Sensor Tower, App Annie, etc.)
• Strong planning and project management skills
• Native English speaker
• 3rd language speaker (preferability Russian, Arabic or French)
• Experience in paid user acquisition channels for Mobile app
