As an Employee Experience Expert, you will lead the welfare activities and maximize the experience of Viber’s employees in Israel on a daily basis.
• Lead, plan and execute the Israel office’s welfare activities – yearly events, weekly happy hour, holidays celebrations and others
• Support VSR (Viber social responsibility) activities in the company
• Lead the Israel office’s benefits and perks program
• Lead different training programs across the site
• Work closely with internal and external vendors to maximize employee experience
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position – Must
• Creative, multitasking, “out of the box” thinker with a “can do” attitude
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a relevant related discipline
