We’re searching for a talented copywriter who showcases their versatility with holistic thinking about the audience experience as their writing is encountered across multiple channels, both inside and outside of the app.
As the copywriter, you’ll be a part of the product marketing team and have the opportunity to think creatively about how to support global marketing campaigns with compelling writing. Your writing will appear in marketing communication that spans from user acquisition campaigns to customer retention campaigns to social media, in-app messaging, and much more. You’ll also contribute to the user experience by working closely with product managers and UX designers for optimal microcopy within the Viber app.

• Can move quickly and optimize writing based on insights and feedback
• Will think visually and consider how writing and design work together
• Has a sharp eye for detail
• Can write in a variety of styles and voices depending on campaign target audiences, in adherence to Viber’s tone of voice and style guides
• Is capable of researching and considering cultural differences and nuances for target markets
• At least 2 years of experience in copywriting
• Exceptional writing skills (writing samples required)
• Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
• Passion for writing and creative thinking
• Strong attention to detail
• Native English – Must. American English – Advantage
