Copywriter & Content Writer

As a Copywriter & Content Writer, you will join the Product Marketing team and take part in two important efforts: Copywriting for our marketing efforts and UX microcopy writing for our product needs.
Collaborate with Viber’s skilled marketing teams around the world to craft Viber’s message in our various global marketing campaigns with an emphasis on social media content crafting.
- Write, inspiring and action-driving marketing copy for Viber’s social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & Blog).
- Work with the user acquisition & CRM team on marketing content for internal and external campaigns
- Conceptualize precise messages together with the creative team
- Optimize your work according to restrictions, results and feedback
Work with Viber’s talented product managers and create the UX microcopy that our users encounter inside the app. Drive users to action by writing clearly, simply and precisely while maintaining Viber’s tone of voice.
- Write clear, concise and user-friendly UX microcopy for Viber’s various products with the product managers, UI designers, QA team and others
- Research UX insights, industry trends and feature usage, and optimize the UX content
- Create ongoing best practices for Viber’s UX content guide and tone of voice
- Be a team player
- Move fast and optimize from the insights you gain
- Work under tight deadlines and prioritize
- Multitask between ongoing projects and working with several stakeholders
- Be a proactive problem solver with a positive attitude
What do you need to have?
- Exceptional writing skills, including the ability to write in a range of voices and styles for varied projects with diverse audiences
- Passion for content writing and creative thinking
- Native English – Must. American English – Advantage
- Managing B2C brand social platforms (Advantage)
- At least 3-4 years of experience in copywriting
